Geological Bodies, 2021, Pigment print on archival cotton paper, various sizes.

In this science fiction landscape, plastic is rebirthed as an ecological agent in a setting bursting with connected life. Plastic, a material made by processing millenia-old decomposing vegetable and animal matter, is a migrant material, forever ‘of’ a landscape but also foreign to it. Instead here, plastic, rock, vegetable and animal life and non-life emerge as conjugated parts of a temporal spectrum, disinterested in the time of linearity and hegemony.
